Each apartment has its own private verandah with an outdoor dining table and chairs so you can entertain in your apartment if you prefer. The top apartment catches the breeze, looks out into the trees and has great privacy. It is furnished throughout with furniture made from local timbers including mahogany beds; 1 king and 1 queen sized, dakua dining table and chairs, lounge with imported fabric and coffee table.

The apartment has a large new kitchen as part of an open plan dining and living area. The dining area flows out onto the verandah.

Each apartment has a separate study with plenty of storage space just off the kitchen. It is really up to you how you use the space. Several of the previous tenants have worked from home quite comfortably.

The pool area has a full kitchen with complementary cooking space and fridge making it ideal pool parties for a relaxing poolside drink.

The property manager is onsite during the week, ably assisted by the 2 resident dogs, and the resident cats. Ample off-street parking for all tenants.

On ISS bus route, close to a variety of doctors, pharmacies, shopping centres, there isn’t a lot more you could ask for in a home.
