Uduya Point 4 Bedrooms

Your escape from the city! This is one of the original Uduya Point houses, updated and repainted for todays living. The main house is 3 bedrooms with rooms downstairs that can be used as a home office, extra storage or for a live in housekeeper. There is also a separate pool side cottage that can serve as a guest room.

The main living area is open plan, with verandahs both front and back giving you lots of living space, each with its own views. You get sea views of both sides of the point. The kitchen has a large island bench as well as all appliances. The living area is sunfilled all day long. There are 3 bedrooms down the hall, 1 with an ensuite, as well as a common bathroom where you can soak in the bath and enjoy the views out the window. The shower is open plan so you aren’t restricted by a shower cubicle.

The poolside cottage opens to the pool deck making it ideal for guests to enjoy the pool and views at their convenience. It has its own bathroom and if equipped with a kettle and toaster allows for a large degree of autonomy.

The pool has magnificent views over the harbour, is set in an established garden with plenty of citrus trees, pick a lemon for you gin and tonic and enjoy the sunsets off the back verandah. There is a poolside shower allowing you to rinse down after a swim.

Downstairs is a double carport, an inside laundry, large storage, large double gas bottles, a large water tank with pressure pump, and an automatic generator. All windows have cyclone rated glass installed, good for both security and in case of a tropical cyclone. Downstairs also has its own bathroom and can be used as a maids quarters, home office, informal lounge, playroom, the choice is yours.

Uduya Point is just under 10km from the Suva City Centre. It allows you to be out of the city without having a huge commute. It is ideal for those who work in Lami, Wailada, and Rokobili.
