This Uduya Point Home is available to make your own home. It can be used as a 3 bedroom house or 2 bedroom with home office. It is one of the original homes on the point, and is set on 2 acres of garden. The open plan living area opens fully on to the large covered deck with doubles your living area. The master bedroom has its own toilet.

There is lot of outdoor space and the owners are happy to install an above ground pool and deck in time for the warmer, dryer months. There is a separate bbq bure attached to the house, which can also be used as a quiet garden space if you want to get away and read a book in the garden area. Or enjoy sunset drinks and dinners on the deck. The house comes mostly furnished.

Uduya Point is a short drive away from Lami which has everything you need, or 12 minutes more takes you into the city. It is ideal for anyone working in Lami, Veisari, or Wailada and only want a few minute commute to work.

The upkeep of the large garden is included in the rental price. There is a back up 5000 litre water tank and pump, along with a generator.
